Application Process & Required Documents

Steps to Apply

  1. Download & Fill Form

    Provide accurate details for Name, CNIC, and Plot particulars.

  2. Attach Documents

    Attested copies of Ownership Proof, CNIC, and Site Plan.

  3. Submit to Office

    Submit form to Incharge New Water Connection, WASA Jhelum.

  4. Pay Demand Notice

    Deposit connection fee (Water + Sewerage) based on your plot size.

  5. Installation

    Schedule site inspection and connection installation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Charges are based on the size of your plot in Marla and the type of property (Domestic, Commercial, Industrial, Plaza). Please refer to the "Connection Charges" tables above. For Plaza connections, only sewerage charges are applicable as indicated.

Yes, revised reconnection fees apply: PKR 500 for Domestic, PKR 1,000 for Commercial, and PKR 2,000 for Industrial connections.

You must attach attested copies of your CNIC, Property Ownership Proof, and a Site Plan/Map. You also need to include a self-addressed envelope and sign the undertaking regarding payment of bills and adherence to rules.
