Application Process & Required Documents

Steps to Apply

  1. Download & Fill Form

    Provide accurate details for Name, CNIC, and Plot particulars.

  2. Attach Documents

    Attach attested copies of Ownership Proof, CNIC, and Site Plan.

  3. Submit to Office

    Submit form to Incharge New Water Connection, WASA Jhelum.

  4. Pay Demand Notice

    Deposit connection fee (Water + Sewerage) based on property type.

  5. Installation

    Schedule site inspection and finalize connection installation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Charges are based on the type of property (Domestic, Commercial, Industrial). Water and Sewerage connection fees are the same for each category. For example, a Domestic connection costs Rs. 2,000 for Water and Rs. 2,000 for Sewerage. Please refer to the "New Connection Charges" table above.

Revised disconnection fees apply: Rs. 1,000 for Domestic, and Rs. 2,000 for Commercial and Industrial connections. Both Water and Sewerage disconnection fees are identical.

You must attach attested copies of your CNIC, Property Ownership Proof, and a Site Plan/Map. You also need to include a self-addressed envelope and sign the undertaking regarding payment of bills and adherence to rules.
